First Time at Houston
Q. What age do you take children from?
A. Generally children are taken from 3 ½ – 4 years old and upwards.
Q. Are there any requirements for new clients wishing to join a ¾hr or hour session?
A. Any new client would require to have a ½ hour private assessment first if they wish to join our ¾hr or 1 hour sessions.
A. Yes, we provide hard hats FREE OF CHARGE.
Q. What time should I arrive for my lesson?
A. To help ensure that the lessons can start on time we ask that you arrive 10-
Q. Do I need to complete any forms prior to my first lesson?
A. Yes. All new riders MUST complete a Riders Registration form prior to their first
lesson at Houston. This form can be downloaded here. A copy can also be obtained
when you arrive at Houston. However, if you do not complete the form in advance we
ask that you arrive at least 15-
Payment
Q. What Payment methods do you accept?
A. We currently can only accept Cash or Cheques.
Q. Is there a minimum amount when using a cheque?
A. Yes, due to bank charges the minimum we can accept a cheque for is £15.
Q. Do I have to pay in advance?
A. We ask that you pay 1 lessons in advance.
Q. What notice do I have to give if I can’t make it to my lesson?
A. In general, cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to the lesson otherwise no refund will be given.
Birthday Rides
Q. How long are Birthday rides?
A. Birthday rides are normally ½hr sessions
Q. On which days do you normally take Birthday rides?
A. Birthday rides are normally taken on a Saturday or Sunday at around 3pm.
Q. What is the maximum number of children in a Birthday ride?
A. The maximum number of children in a Birthday Ride is 8.
Q. Can an area be provided for snacks, drinks etc after a Birthday ride?
A. Usually, please ask at the time of booking.
